Rules
📘 Internal Regulations – Arabic Language Courses
The Arabic Language Course Regulations aim to ensure a serious, respectful, and conducive learning environment. Each student agrees to abide by these rules in order to ensure the smooth running of the courses.
🤝 General behavior and willingness to learn
Respect between students, teachers, and administrators is essential. Students must behave in an exemplary manner and demonstrate patience and kindness. Before studying science, it is important to understand these fundamental principles.
In the event of difficulties or disputes, students should contact the administration directly. In most cases, dialogue allows any situation to be resolved quickly.
📚 Books, registration, and course organization
Once payment has been confirmed, the administration will schedule classes with the student, in shaa Allah. Books Al Forqane are reserved for strictly personal and educational use. Any resale without official authorization is prohibited.
✒️ Teacher–student relationship
All requests for cancellation, postponement, or modification of a course must be made exclusively through the administration. The teacher does not handle these requests directly. Furthermore, the institute cannot be held responsible for private exchanges between students.
⏰ Absences and tardiness
The arabic Language Course Regulations distinguishes between individual and group lessons. In individual lessons, students may cancel for a valid reason, provided they notify the administration at least 48 hours in advance. If this deadline is not met, the lesson remains payable.
In group classes, absences cannot be made up. However, students may request a recording of the class so that they can listen to it again before the next session.
⏱️ Delays and schedule organization
In case of delay, the student must notify the teacher as soon as possible. If the teacher is late, the student must inform the administration. After waiting 15 minutes, the student may disconnect only after notification.
Time slots are not retained in the event of travel or extended absence.
🖥️ Course structure and assignments
Students must log in on time and actively participate in the class. If there is noise, the microphone must remain muted. Homework must be submitted before 7 p.m. on the day before the class. After two instances of homework not being submitted, the next class will be canceled and will not be refunded.
🔄 Renewal, payments, and holidays
Registration commits the student to a minimum of one month. In case of non-payment, access to classes will be suspended. The institute closes for the last ten days of Ramadan, three days after, as well as five days during Eid al-Adha.
💸 Refunds and course cancellations
Refunds are only possible before the second class. Book costs are not included. To cancel or suspend classes, students should contact the accounting department or manage their subscription from their student account.
🕌 Prayer times and various rules
When prayer coincides with a class, the time is divided equally between the institute and the student. In the event of a technical problem, the student has 15 minutes to resolve the situation.
Not all classes are coed, and political discussion during class is prohibited.
